when the hustle and bustle of the city stops, and as the sounds and sights cease to move, the darkness falls and little lights flash across the streets, the tap tap tapping of the midnight walkers disturb the peace, the tranquility, nothing more to ask for then the leaves waving in the breeze. as the birds lay to sleep at night with their eggs tucked safetly, and warm, underneath their feathers. we human teenagers are struggling the facts of reality. homework and the pressure to study, less time to relax and snooze on our beds. we want the time to move on faster when we are in class, but when we finally have the time to rest, the minute hand never stops.
The past week, i had many tests and alot of homework. even this week i still have to head for the books. no one needs more rest then our school, as our tests keep piling up! Maybe thats why our holidays are abnormal... but yet they seem so short. we sometimes say we have no time, yet we have time to play a fool. to think we have too much work yet it isnt much at all. we just need to organise time and make it all work out, but with the continuous stacking of work, it is hard to do.
yesterday i went had DC duty till 3.45pm. it was tiring and yet at least i had time to concentrate on my geography. after letting allt he dc girls go off and put the files back to the staff room, I went to parkway to get my hairband and new school shoes. Then i rushed off to siglap where i went to this salon called "new cut" and cut my hair super short, kinda bobbyish <3 but i think it is cute so i'll leave it to that. i actually wanted to wait for kimmy to cut her hair with me but she had tuition and it was too late to ask te man to stop cutting... haha.
so nothing really exciting happened but still i thought i should right bout my day since i havent blogged for 4 days now. So... today we had our maths CA1 that was half easy half hard. Luckily a studied bits and pieces here and there. Poor Heda had a super high fever of 38.9 degrees celcious, she was literally burning up. she was such a brave soul to go through the maths test in that state and i admire her for that! fortunately her fever went down in the next hour, well at least the splashing of water helped =D. After school me and kimmy went rock climbing with the odac girls. we hadnt been there for 2 weeks and it was great to finally climb the walls again, except for the fact that we coulnt climb this super slippering rock wall that made kimmy hurt her fingers and made my arms ache. i also accidently let go the rope too fast while letting kimmy down and she hurt her toe! i felt so bad! well... then i went to macdonalds with kimmy and thats it! and so here i am vandalising my blog with all this gibberish.
hope you like my posts but i dont really think they are quite interesting. well.. got to go rush out some studying before i sleep tonight. I think sometimes i sleep too early compared to others but still i feel so tired in the morning hrm.. i wonder why. Anyways toodles!!
